I hope that you do find peace within yourself & within your family. If it's the past that troubles you, you may have to show weakness in order to get stronger.
Take some time for yourself, reflect on your life & the life you've made with your family. Life is a confusingly wonderful suprising event. Live it.
In your own time, take down the wall that hinders your progress. The rest of your life is waiting.
